Breeze Airways announced two new routes and one new city Wednesday as the startup carrier continued to fill in its route map.
Both of the airline’s new routes come in the West, including two from California.
One of those new California routes will be to Breeze’s newest city: Ogden, Utah.

That begins Feb. 21, 2024, when Breeze starts flying between Ogden-Hinckley Airport (OGD) and John Wayne Airport (SNA) in Orange County, California.
Ogden will become Breeze’s second airport in Utah, both of which are alternative airports that flank Salt Lake City — the state’s capital and biggest city.
OGD sits about 35 miles north of Salt Lake City, while Provo Airport (PVU) is about 45 miles to the south.
Neither airport has significant commercial airline service. Breeze will become the only carrier to fly from OGD — Avelo Airlines flew there most recently, but currently has no scheduled flights at the airport — and just the second carrier at PVU, where Allegiant Air is the dominant carrier.

OGD will become the 45th city in Breeze’s network, coming after other recent additions such as Evansville, Indiana; Grand Junction, Colorado; and Madison, Wisconsin. Still, the budget airline also has exited several markets where it has failed to gain traction, with Tulsa, Oklahoma, among recent cuts.
Elsewhere, Breeze is adding a new route from another airport where it is the only carrier: San Bernardino International Airport (SBD) in California.
Breeze will add nonstop service from SBD to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). The route will be Breeze’s third route from SBD, joining service to Las Vegas and San Francisco.
